Extremely popular in the oilfields and elsewhere, Kingston’s 9.25” (or
10.1”) bore HPX model tackles everything that comes its way. At the
heart of these machines is a muscular 30 HP spindle motor, and a
strong and rigid headstock – the hardened-and-ground alloy steel
spindle comes with two precision taper roller bearings, A2-15 spindle
nose, and a rear chuck adapter. The 22” bed way is made with high-
quality casting for greater stability and accuracy in heavy-duty
applications, with self-spacing supports for lead screw, feed rod and
control rod. A hydraulic braking system comes standard. Available in
34” and 40” swings and lengths from 80” to 280”.
